Mr. Oleh Vovk studied law at the National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy (NaUKMA) in Ukraine and at the Free University of Berlin. He also obtained a Certificate in English Law from the University of Birmingham (UK). He then completed a master’s degree (LL.M.) at the University of Potsdam. He is currently pursuing his doctorate at the Free University of Berlin and the Hebrew University of Jerusalem (Israel).

His areas of expertise include immigration, migration of foreign skilled workers, and naturalization, including in the context of reparations. In addition, he advises national and international clients on all aspects of individual and collective labor law.
