Tenancy and Property law
Benjamin Martin specialises in advising on tenancy and property law. His practice also focuses on advising on contractual and company law disputes.
Prior to joining Gelbart Legal, Benjamin Martin completed his legal training at the Regional Court of Frankfurt am Main, with placements in a department specialising in tenancy law at the Local Court of Frankfurt am Main and in the European Affairs Committee of the German Bundestag. Prior to this, Benjamin Martin gained valuable experience in company law – particularly in the field of mergers and acquisitions (M&A) – as well as in national and international arbitration whilst working as a research assistant at several regional commercial law firms.
Benjamin Martin studied law at the Rheinische Friedrich-Wilhelms-Universität Bonn. Prior to this, he completed a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in International Business at Maastricht University (Netherlands), including a semester abroad at the University of St Gallen (Switzerland). Thanks to his combination of legal and business education, he combines legal precision with a sound understanding of economic contexts.
