Mr. Christian Gammelin specializes in the areas of private construction and architectural law, real estate law, public procurement law, tenancy law and the drafting and preparation of deeds for the notary’s office. Mr. Gammelin passed the notarial examination in August 2022.

Mr. Gammelin acts for all parties involved in construction and planning, both during construction and in litigation, in particular for (international) investors, project developers, planners, project managers, builders and construction companies.

Before joining Gelbart Legal, Mr. Gammelin worked in two transregional law firms with a focus on construction and architectural law as well as real estate law.
