We advise on all questions of residential property law. We take on the extrajudicial and judicial assertion and defense of claims under residential property law, in particular in the case of unreasonable nuisance and structural changes by other owners, including actions for annulment of resolutions. In addition, we advise on the division of real estate into residential and part-ownership and undertake the examination and preparation of declarations of division together with community regulations, e.g. for project developments.
